Test Toggle

RecipePut fenugreek seeds to soak in water overnight. They will swell and develop a jelly-like coating. Measure 1 tsp soaked seeds and put into blender with garlic, ginger, mint, coriander, vinegar and chillies. Blend until very smooth. Add salt and ground spices, blend again. Heat oils until very hot, add blended mixture and bring to the boil. Lower heat and cook until water content has evaporated, Take off heat and cool, then bottle. Oil should cover the top – if not, heat a little oil and add.
